Friday Afternoon Vigil for New Zealand Mosque Victims

LA CROSSE, WI (Ben Caxton) — A vigil was held at the University of La Crosse Friday afternoon to remember victims of the New Zealand mosque massacre. About 50 people gathered to listen to students read about the victims, ending with a moment of silence for the 50 people who were killed. The event was organized by UW-L’s Anti-Islamophobia Working Group and other campus organizations.
