Onalaska School Gets a 9-year-old Principal

ONALASKA, WI (Ben Caxton) — An Onalaska school got a new principal for a day – 9-year-old 3rd-grader Ryan Laufenberg. Principal Laufenberg took the reins at Irving Pertzsch Elementary and spent the day monitoring the halls, and checking in on “his” students. The selection was not without controversy. Other applicants to the jobs lost out when Laufenberg bribed officials for the appointment by posting the highest bid at the PTO Family Fun Night silent auction. So far, no lawsuits have been filed.
