SAUK COUNTY, WI (Ben Caxton) — An alleged “pepper sprayer” has been arrested. Robin Colbert has the details for Great Rivers News dot com. `Sauk County authorities say a man wanted for pepper spraying an area deputy earlier this week was taken into custody Wednesday morning. Joshua Martin is accused of spraying the Columbia County deputy early Monday after the deputy pulled him over for speeding. It turns out Martin was also driving a stolen vehicle. `
