Richland Center Man Sentenced for Voice Mail Message

RICHLAND CENTER, WI (Ben Caxton) — A Richland Center man was sentenced Monday for threatening voice mails he made in November of 2017. In all 34-year-old Travis Martin made 8 calls threatening violence, including one where he threatened to shoot a member of the Alabama National Guard. Martin, who has already been incarcerated for 27 months, was given an additional 14 days to serve plus three years of supervised release.
