Hate Crime Charges Filed in Sheboygan Fight

SHEBOYGAN, WI (Ben Caxton) — Court documents indicate a Sheboygan man admitted to using the “n-word” at least a dozen times and telling a pair of young women to “go back to Milwaukee” after they attempted a u-turn on July 4th. Sheboygan County D-A Joel Urmanski says 63-year-old Scott Roeder and his son, 32-year-old Ryan Roeder face hate crime charges [wrnhatecrime1] Charges were filed Monday against the Roeders and 5 others in connection with a fight that followed July 4th fireworks. Scott Roeder’s attorney said there is “much more to the story.”
