Man Held in Rib Lake Stabbing

RIB LAKE, WI (Ben Caxton) — It appears an alcohol-soaked argument among friends may have led to a new year’s day stabbing in Taylor County. `Deputies were called to the Birds Nest tavern to find a man with seven stab wounds to his chest, he told them that twenty-nine-year-old Andrew Eisner of rib lake had pulled a knife on him, then run off. Investigators discovered both men had gotten into what was described as a “minor fight” just before the incident. Eisner is now being held on 20 thousand dollars bond and faces counts of aggravated battery with the intent for great bodily harm. The victim is expected to survive.`
