Here’s Lorin Cox. `A criminal complaint filed this week in Rock County Court accuses 31-year-old Gregory Carter Jr and 27-year-old Anthony Sims III of shooting three people on a Beloit street in March of 2019. 21-year-old Treron White of Beloit died as a result of the shooting, but neither Carter nor Sims are currently charged with homicide.
