Tomah Charity Receives $2,000 for Van

TOMAH, WI (Ben Caxton) — A group dedicated to ending “family homelessness” in Tomah has received a $2000 grant to help purchase a van. Family Promise of Tomah needed the van to help transport homeless to one of 13 different host locations where they stay throughout Tomah and Sparta and what they call the “Main Day Center.” Tomah Health Community Foundation stepped in to help after a presentation by the group to come up with the funding.
