River Ridge Referendum Officially Fails by 1 Vote

The measure was officially rejected by voters by a razor-thin 1-vote 330 to 331 margin. The $2.3 million bond would have refinanced the costs of constructing an athletic complex in Patch Grove and needed just a simple majority to pass.
