UW Dorms Could House Covid-19 Patients

MADISON, WI (Ben Caxton) — People who are sick with the coronavirus could soon find themselves in a dorm room at their nearest University of Wisconsin campus. `The University of Wisconsin System says the governor has reached out to them to see if people who are sick could be housed in empty dorms. There’s concern about available hospital beds if the coronavirus outbreak skyrockets. Most students at most state universities have gone home for the rest of the spring semester. No students who are staying would be housed with anyone who is sick.`
