Street “micro Surfacing” Underway in Viroqua

VIROQUA, WI (Ben Caxton) — A number of Viroqua streets are being “micro surfaced”. The process involves spraying a tar-like seal over existing cracks, then covering them with thin paper and a sand-like material, and then an application of the new surface material over it all. The work is being done by Struck and Irwin Paving out of DeForest.
